About the bands

The Big Squeeze Band is an 8-piece horn band based in the Chicagoland area. Live performances by The Big Squeeze Band range from festivals, concerts, night clubs, corporate events, weddings and other family celebrations. The musicians in this band are not only highly talented, but also are professional in their attention to all details of each performance.

The Big Squeeze Band plays a wide variety of cover material from many styles and genre. The Big Squeeze draws on the classic rock, blues, soul and country genre for most shows. The original music the band plays fits mainly into these modern music styles as well.

The Big Squeeze Band has the ability to choose music to fit the event. In addition to the above mentioned genre, our playlist can expand into jazz standards or dance club styles to fit the occasion. The core band is a quartet of guitar, bass, drums and keyboard with three part vocals. When the powerful 4-piece horn section is added then you have The Big Squeeze band.  Additional singers, dancers and even costume characters can be added to enhance your event.
